If you purchase a Chromebook from Escoffier and it arrives broken, it is important that you notify us within 14 days so that we can work with you on receiving a replacement. Chromebooks that are defective or broken after 14 days of receipt may not be eligible for replacement. However, we will work with you on figuring out your options.
